Privacy policy

All information received through this site will only be used to make and finalise a transaction as requested by the buyer. No information is stored on-line, and no information is given or sold to any 3rd party for any reason. Payments made through PayPal are stored by PayPal. If this payment system is not your preferred method, please contact us directly and we can arrange payment by direct deposit or cheque.

Quality guarantee & warranty

All prints and canvas prints, including framing, are manufactured locally and carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All collectibles (mugs, watches etc) are covered by a replacement guarantee if delivered faulty, and are also covered by a 12 month replacement warranty. 
All clocks and watches are packaged in boxes and gift boxes.

Any product that is broken or damaged during transport must be notified immediately upon delivery for a replacement. Te receive a replacement you are required to photograph the damaged goods and packaging and email the images to us within 7 days of delivery. Some items will need to be returned for verification. Warranty does not cover damage by the customer after delivery. All claims can be made by email (see below).

Limitation of liability

Subject to state and federal laws, we are not liable for damage that may be caused by our products if used incorrectly. When hanging artworks ensure that the device (nail, screw etc) that the artwork is attached to is strong and stable enough to carry the weight of the artwork. We do not cover artworks that 'fall' off wall hangings.
